The first time I bake cake with friend

Yeah! Original favour Cheesecake (ps: does not have much cheese taste)

First of all we need to prepare those ingredients

Since we only bake a small cheesecake so we do not prepare a lot

Secondly, we need to crumble biscuit (40g) into small pieces and add melted butter (30g)

Next, we flatten it and leave it away

Oh! We must preheat the oven before we do cheesecake :D

After that, we mix soft cheese (200g) and sugar (60g)

Before we add egg (2) and double cream (150g), we need to mix them together first only can add into soft cheese and sugar

Finally, we add 2 tablespoons of plain flour and 1 and quarter of lemon into the mixture

And put it on the top of crumble biscuit and bake it for 40 minutes

Leave it for one night in the refrigerator

And done!!
